beautiful loader!
Is Martin kampshoff still Producing hydaulic components for wedico 966? I tried emailing him many times with no response.

Thank you for those pictures! I was also curious.
Beautiful machine!
From California.
In this picture it does not show the servonaut DC72 but it is in there along with the X-BEC and a 4s speed control for the hydraulic pump motor which I mixed in with radio. I'm using 4s lipo 3000mah.

Unfortunately, I recorded the management management nich during the dismantling

I don't understand the Scaleart electronics world $8230;.
Akku 4s thus 14.8 Volt ect
Servonaut M220 double-driving regulator, Servonaut SM3 sound module….
Now the problem, SM3 only goes to max 12V, but after me this was also on the Scaleart's turn on battery voltage, closed…. Can that really be?
I have measured the board, there is no zB 12V BEC in

Who can help ? !
I also was questioning scaleart regarding this exact question. Please see below...
"Hi Martin,
I'm concerned on using 4s lipo. I know the m220 is 4s capable but not the SMT and BMA. So I'm wondering does if the scaleart power distribution board has a built in voltage step down for powering the smt and bma?
If not, should I add a voltage step down for only the smt and bma or is that not necessary."
Martin's response...
"Basically SMT and BMA can be operated with 4S, also if the manual from Servonaut says different. On the new electronic we don't use the BMA any longer, we program the operation of the pump accordingly to the operation of the valves using mixers in the radio and a speed controller for the pump. You should check if you could do so with your radio. This saves a lot of space, makes the wiring easier and gives better performance."
I also contacted Servonaut and asked them the same question and this is what Servonaut responded...
"Can I use 4s lipo (14.8v) on servonaut speed control and sound module?
I noticed the scaleart 963D Caterpillar requires 4s lipo and they use servonaut electronics."
Hello Shawn,
yes, they seem to do so.
We don't recommend it, especially with our sound modules.
To protect the sound module against overload, you could install a DC72 to supply the sound module with 7.2V.
With friendly greeting / child regards

To confirm, the scaleart board does not step down the 4s voltage. So I ended up using the m220 (which is designed to work with 4s ironically) and bought the servonaut dc72 and SMR because the speaker that comes with scaleart is 8ohm and the SMR to output in 80hm requires 7.2v.
Good collection of machines!
Alles anzeigenHey guys
after a long period of inactivity, I let myself read/hear something.
My other hobby has already taken me a lot. But now come the winter months, in which it gets a little quieter. And then there is the time (and above all the desire) to screw on the models.
So that today my rest holiday day is not quite so "splplistible", I thought, go to your little workshop. There is more than enough to do.....
The only thing I can present to you in pictures (for now) is the exchange of the rotary wreath. This one was long overdue, because my game usually became more and more over time. So in Friedrichshafen bought the rotary wreath. (if I think back there, the 946 with adjustable boom did it to me. But that's a different story...
)
Many thanks to Frank and his team for the super friendly, super-fastediting.
I apologise for the dirt on the chains.
Now it is not game-free, but it is within a reasonable framework.
Let's see what the stakes will bring.
My MAN team continues with huge steps. Of course, in the last week there were again failures, bad luck and breakdowns (sandblaster has blasted the trough suitable for scrap). But now I'm used to it. After every rain comes sunshine again,
I don't think much will happen here in the building report for the time being.
It is built. It also runs reliably (despite the fact that it is my very first model ever) and fun is just as much.
That servo lead connections can handle the +- of the current to the speed controls with no problems?
Why did you use metal spur gear to replace the plastic? Metal is much nosier right?
Beautiful Loader! Well done!
Wow, self made ehh? Looks like a swiss watch.
I no longer have a Leimbach valve. i have a 5 way custom valve
Where did you put that in the machine? This is impressive! ,
Where did you manage to put that in the machine? That's impressive!
Very nice !! Does the Kampshoff pump with the Leimbach valves or replace the valves?
very nice!! Will the Kampshoff pump work with the leimbach valves or are you replacing the valves?
I'm planning on using the D series Hitec servos on the fumotec pc490.
Any feedback on the D485HW? Any other suggestions?
