Hello!
Im looking for a site with a lot of small motors, gearboxes, geared motors and all kind of micro electronics, i can remember it was european, like checz or polish, maybe even german, if i dont remember it all wrong it had a green/white logo, i bought a motor like this one with a 2mm shaft from them and they also have these round geared motors, anyone know what site im talking about?
This is the type of motor i got from them..

Nevermind, i started on my own today!
A little more work on it and it should be done, hope it of if i put some pics up of my progress.

Dear KalleSwe,
the Hydraulic of our excavator is fast enough. But we have a end stop dampers inside the pistons in order to have a smooth stop.
So you are not able to have the hard end stop to stop the movement.
Ok, i see. Very nice bucket, what are the dimentions of it? would it be much to small for a Fumotec model?
Thanks
Kalle -
Very nice, i want to make one of those myself, could you make a video of it in action?
Is the hydraulics fast enough to "shake" out the fine dirt?
Nice job!

Added some side wearplates, now it just need to get welded.

A little update, i have started to make a grading bucket today, its not finished yet, i need to make mounts and some details to finish it off then my friend will weld it up for me.
I dont know if its to wide or to small overall, i have used the dimentions from a 1:1 bucket but it feels a little small or to wide, what you think?
Maybe i will make it so i can tilt it but thats not for now.

I was going thru our neighbour town today and saw this Liebherr 954 at a demolition site, they are cleaning up for one of the largests IKEA facilitys in sweden, damn that machine is huge!
It had oilquick rototilt and quick coupler. Such a nice excavator.

Very very nice, looks very good!

Hi Kalle!
Realy nice model.I like your custom details
.
Also the thing with the mixers seems to be well adjusted
good job!
So, what can i say.....
HAVE FUN!
Best regards
FrankThanks alot Frank!
It works great now with some fine tuning on the mixers.
Now the snow need to melt FAST!

Well it not much to do on this one, im just adding small things to finish it up right now, today i added some hydraulicprotection over the hoses, added 2kg to the counterweight, it weighs 4.5kg now, that brings the whole machine to a total of 34.7kg as it is now!
I have also used the mixers in my radio so that the pumpmotor work with the valves, when i open a valve the motor rev as needed and when i colse the valve the motor goes down in rpm:s, you can hear it in the videos below.
Works great and should save me some batterytime, not so hard on parts/oil and reducing heat in oil. (Thank you Frank).Thats pretty much it for now, its getting a little warmer next week so maybe some ripper action when it softens up the snow/ice!
Videos.

Hello KalleSwe,

Exactly what i was looking for, i will check if there is yellow availible as well, thanks alot for the quick reply!

Hello!
Sorry can only write in english, but does anyone know where to find these hyd. hose protection/guides?
-
Yes, I am really interested in your solution.
I am able to build it on my own, if you are facing huge time and effort for building this. I only need a design drawing.
Best Regards
TobiasOk, i will let you know as soon as i have something to show!
-
Thank you for the pictures. This quick coupler looks different to the one in my kit.
Have you changed the mechanics or was the coupler directly applicable for the servo?
Best Regards
TobiasI have made the aluminium piece in the middle of the coupler myself, i have removed the spring loaded coupler that comes with the kit and did this one to be able to change equipment by the radio.
I have a new design i my mind that im playing with that i maybe will make a few of, let me know if intrested!
